Seeking highly motivated portrait photographers with 1-2+ years of experience

We are seeking highly motivated portrait photographers with 1-2+ years of experience who are open to travel in Eastern Kentucky, South West Virginia, and Western North Carolina just to name a few areas we cover. The ideal candidates are confident and creative individuals who can operate as a “one-man-band” and effectively manage all aspects of the production/camera and sales while on set.

Perks:
Day rate pays: from $200-$245 per day plus aggressive commission payout. Our top producers make over $50,000.00 per year while only working 40-45 weeks of the year!
401k matching retirement pay
Travel expenses, paid-mileage reimbursement, and overnight stays or per diems.
Responsibilities:
Interface with external clients while managing on location shoots and sales in various markets.
Technically proficient & self-sufficient portrait photographer with experience shooting and lighting.
Act as the primary camera operator for shoots in your market area.
After the shoot, you return two weeks later to sell the portraits to their families.
Must be meticulous, technical, organized, multi-tasking and creative.
Customer service is our upmost priority so it’s imperative that you’re patient with our clients.
Someone warm and personable, a strong communicator with enthusiasm for their craft is ideal.
Qualification and Skills:
One (1) plus years of experience and proficiency as a portrait photographer.
Basic sales and communication skills to review pricing and give sales presentations.
Must have reliable means of transportation—preferably van or pick-up truck.
Ability to be resourceful and adaptable to solve practical and conceptual problems.
